At Graceworld Youth Initiative (GYI), we believe that youth development should not be a one-time event but a continuous journey of growth, learning, and transformation. Our Year-Round Youth Development Training is a structured and ongoing program designed to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, values, and mindset required to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Through regular training sessions, mentorship engagements, leadership development activities, career guidance, and practical skills acquisition, participants are empowered to discover their purpose, build self-confidence, and become productive members of society. The program focuses on personal development, employability skills, mental wellbeing, civic responsibility, and community engagement.

Recognizing the challenges faced by many young people—including unemployment, lack of direction, limited access to mentorship, and social pressures—GYI provides a supportive environment where participants can learn, grow, and connect with positive role models.
